All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

Is the best bike that I had in my life 😍
I love it
Easier than I thought
So this is a fixed gear back that you have to assemble. They have the option of a gear that spins with the bike or allows you to coast.
They provide ALL the tools to put the bike together. The box even acts like a temporary stand. You could do this in your living room and not leave it a greasy mess.
Install was super easy to follow with the directions from the QR code on the box. Install video was 3 minutes.
The tires have that non-standard air pump hook up so I had to buy that. Takes 110psi so get a foot pump and not a hand one.
Bike is SUPER light. Actually rode the commuter train and rapid transit train and it was super easy to carry up and down the stairs.

I have worked in bike shops in Phoenix, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and in Tanzania Africa. The bicycle industry has finally become so efficient that the 6KU FIXIE I assembled today beats them all, the Raleighs, Peugeots and Schwinns I have owned, assembled and serviced.
The FIXIE has better paint, fit and finish, as well as frame alignment of anything built in the 1970s, 80's or 90's.
The CREW DEFENDER I bought a year earlier was nearly as impressive. However the 6KU FIXIE does it all, my previous bike was the Urban Track, but it was destroyed in a crash with a car last month.
The fixie has a better geometry for commuting and touring, becoming my primary and daily bike.
My first fixie!
I’m super happy with my purchase. Bike is super light and everything seems high quality for $300. The bike is super easy to assemble if you’ve had prior experience with stuff like that. Pedal Tool and Some grease come with the bike. BUY A STEM ADAPTER to fill up tires. Or get the pump with the proper nozzle. Super happy with my purchase. I’m 5’7 and bought a Size 52. Fits super well just for reference.
