Forward Set, a cycling culture website and growing brand (originally known as 904 Fixed) released a video this week highlighting a day in the life of owner/creator Kirk Tsonos. Set in Jacksonville, Florida the video follows Kirk in a documentary style for a look into his life as a full-time bike messenger, commuter and cycling event organizer/host.
