City Grounds is seeking an energetic, organized team player with excellent telephone and computer skills to assist in ecommerce operations and perform customer support duties. Join our team and enjoy a casual work environment!
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. 1-2 years of bicycle retail, or bicycle industry experience preferred.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Employee benefits include medical insurance, paid time-off, and discount perks.
Primary responsibilities include:
Assist customers via phone and e-mail.
Process ecommerce orders.
Perform related administrative and clerical duties.
